How do I book a stay at L'Oasis d'Yza?

What methods of payment do you accept?

💳 Visa, MasterCard (all credit and debit cards) and bank transfers. You can pay via our website or the booking operator.

Is there a deposit or payment in full?

💰 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or according to the terms and conditions of the chosen operator. On our website, a deposit of 30% is payable at the time of booking, with the remaining 70% payable before arrival.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The refund is degressive.

Cancellation conditions:

Between 14 and 3 days before arrival: 80% refund.

Between 2 and 0 days before arrival: no refund.

To cancel or modify your booking, contact us by email (info@loasisdyza.com) or by telephone (+32 499/32.37.19).

Refunds : In the event of an eligible cancellation, we will issue a refund within 10 working days.

💡 Tip: if you book through a third-party platform (Booking, Airbnb, etc.), their conditions may apply. Check their policies at the time of booking.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

Yes, we've thought of the little ones to make your stay practical and enjoyable!👶

What games are available on site?

🎲 Various board games for all ages, books, drawing materials.

🌳 Mölkky, petanque balls, children's huts.

Are bed linen and towels included?

🛏️ Yes, beds are made for your arrival and towels are available.

Is parking available?

🚗 Yes, free parking is available on site.

Is the house accessible to people with reduced mobility?

🚪 Not completely. One bedroom is located on the ground floor (with three steps in front of the house), but the other bedrooms are upstairs.
